Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating, and developing the skills of your team.
Organizing daily operations and ensuring the quality of services provided.
Monitoring productivity levels and achieving economic objectives.
Managing performance indicators and analyzing the auto center's results.
Overseeing material resources, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
Actively contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
