As an Assistant Branch Manager, your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Promoting awareness of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards.
- Developing comprehensive annual operating plans focused on identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Consistently achieving branch revenue targets and enhancing business performance.
- Implementing corporate credit policies within designated timelines.
- Transforming our extensive database into actionable business growth strategies.
- Ensuring effective execution of operational systems, including finance and inventory management.
- Conducting competitor analysis to devise strategic responses to market challenges.
- Guaranteeing timely and precise service delivery.
- Identifying service gaps and implementing plans for continuous improvement.
- Managing customer relationships to enhance retention rates.
- Optimizing sales and service team performance for increased productivity.
- Monitoring operational costs related to manpower and materials.
