Role Overview
As an ambassador for Charlotte Tilbury in the Travel Retail sector, you will lead and engage your team with Tilbury’s unique vision. You should be excited to meet and exceed targets while motivating your team to deliver exceptional performance. Customer experience is at the forefront of your leadership style, and you will continuously think of innovative ways for your team to engage and delight customers. Collaborating closely with your Business Manager, you will support daily operations seamlessly in the vibrant Tilbury Terminal. Dare to dream, and dare to achieve beyond boundaries!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the store's financial results to achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators.
- Assist the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales goals, communicating with Retail Artists to strategize on sales attainment.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, showing enthusiasm, commitment, and genuine interest in the company's performance.
- Set an example by promoting exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for clients.
- Train and provide feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards for service and artistry are consistently met.
- Leverage every opportunity to enhance customer service experiences beyond the in-store environment, directing the customer database towards direct marketing opportunities.
- Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews to foster two-way feedback and training.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through meetings and a cooperative management style, recognizing and rewarding performance where appropriate.
- Promote business success through entrepreneurial initiatives, events, and activities.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
