Your Responsibilities
- Lead by example, achieving personal targets and inspiring your team.

- Conduct personalized appointments and refine your artistry.
- Always prioritize a customer-centric approach.
- Manage the counter’s daily, monthly, and quarterly operations by creating effective business plans.
- Handle staff rotas, payroll, sickness, holidays, and performance reviews efficiently.
- Oversee inventory checks, stock counts, and visual merchandising efforts.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations diligently.
- Provide performance feedback during team meetings and ensure the counter meets business objectives and KPIs.
- Motivate your team to enhance their skills, utilizing training resources effectively.
- Facilitate one-on-one meetings and monthly reviews to champion your team’s growth.
