As an Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager II, you will play a pivotal role under the guidance of the Executive Director or Clinical Nurse Manager. You will oversee the daily operations of the RN Case Manager program and collaborate with clinic staff to optimize clinic flow and quality of care standards.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and oversee RN staff, ensuring clarity in roles and providing essential training for optimal performance.
- Address the clinical needs of participants, facilitating smooth transitions of care and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide guidance to LVNs and MAs, ensuring they are trained and equipped to meet their responsibilities.
- Develop strategic workforce plans to maintain appropriate staffing levels, recognizing the diverse skill sets of our team.
- Actively engage with participants and their families to resolve healthcare delivery concerns.
- Manage the performance of direct reports, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
