As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Front Office Manager with the operational and organizational leadership of the Front Office. You will take charge of the daily operations, make informed decisions, and collaborate with the team to ensure the consistent implementation of Swissôtel and Accor standards. This role is ideal for Front Office professionals who are ready to take operational responsibility, make critical decisions, and maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Actively manage daily operations including guest relations, upselling, and professional complaint and feedback management.
- Co-manage the training, leadership, and performance development of the Front Office team.
- Ensure a structured flow of information within the team and to relevant interfaces.
- Co-manage administrative and financial processes (cash handling, invoicing, credit policy).
- Conduct regular quality checks and serve as Manager on Duty.
