We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-oriented leader who is dedicated to helping our members achieve their health and wellness aspirations. This pivotal role will allow you to work directly within a designated club, where you will enhance sales, streamline operations, and cultivate a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and a genuine desire to support others in reaching their fitness goals.
Position Purpose: Forge meaningful connections with potential members, facilitate their membership journey, and actively engage them in follow-up processes to ensure their success. You will take ownership of the member experience and meet business objectives during weekends in preparation for managing your own club.
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fitness enthusiasts and advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service
2. Maintain club cleanliness
3. Ensure the safety and maintenance of equipment
4. Oversee overall club operations
5. Manage payroll budgets
Accountabilities:
1. Act as the General Manager in their absence (primarily on weekends)
2. Meet daily targets during AGM shifts when the GM is unavailable (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays)
3. Drive membership sales (both individual and club-wide, including services, products, and programs)
4. Manage membership billing
5. Oversee club staffing
6. Uphold excellent customer service standards (friendly, clean, helpful, and effective problem resolution)
7. Manage the fitness sales pipeline
8. Serve as the information hub for product knowledge, programs, events, etc.
