Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all dispensary operations, including security protocols, inventory management, and adherence to local and state regulations.
- Inspire and motivate team members to effectively implement programs, initiatives, and localized in-store promotions.
- Manage quality product inventory, financial records, and compliance from Seed to Sale.
- Maintain cash management protocols, including daily reconciliation processes.
- Facilitate effective order management and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
Experience
- Coach and inspire team members to consistently create memorable and positive customer experiences in-store.
- Lead by example during “Leader on Duty” (LOD) shifts, actively supervising team members, providing recognition, and guiding behaviors for an enhanced customer journey.
- Deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience, ensuring consistency across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery services.
- Guide team members to achieve Loyalty program goals, boosting customer retention and repeat business.
- Act as a community liaison, supporting outreach events and initiatives.
People
- Collaborate with the General Manager to build and retain a high-performing team through effective talent selection, onboarding, training, and development.
- Foster a culture of engagement and performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
- Motivate the dispensary team to exceed revenue targets and key performance metrics, focusing on service techniques and product knowledge.
