About the Role:
Join Taco Bell as an Assistant General Manager, a pivotal position that drives our restaurant's success! In this role, you will partner closely with the Restaurant General Manager to maintain brand standards while motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will inspire and empower your staff, creating an unforgettable dining atmosphere.
In this vibrant role, you will oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager, making critical decisions and guiding the team towards excellence. We foster an environment where personal growth and enjoyment go hand in hand. This position entails a 45-hour work week, consisting of 40 regular hours and 5 hours of overtime, ensuring a fulfilling work-life balance. Clear communication is key, and basic proficiency in English is essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent customer satisfaction by exemplifying the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
- Manage Team Members’ compliance with Shift Excellence duties, uphold food safety standards, and ensure Core excellence. Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
- Work alongside the GM to evaluate team performance, providing constructive and encouraging feedback. Address any employee relations issues as they arise, resolving them directly or escalating as necessary.
- Participate in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding Team Members, fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Act as an owner by assisting in Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory upkeep, and labor management.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for performance enhancement.
- Support the GM in maintaining the facility and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Are You the Right Fit?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
- Experience with P&L management, cash control, inventory maintenance, and labor management.
- Ensure all team members receive comprehensive training and necessary resources.

- Lead initiatives focused on individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
- Identify and recruit top talent, assisting the GM in the hiring process.
