As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing both strategic and tactical leadership for your restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards while driving team performance, sales growth, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
People Management: Lead the recruitment and staffing process effectively, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Oversee the orientation and onboarding processes to guarantee excellence in execution. Develop and implement performance plans for team leaders, and make final hiring and separation decisions in accordance with company policies. Create efficient schedules, balancing expected sales volumes and team availability, while maintaining payroll and overtime budgets. Cultivate a positive team culture through recognition and respect.
Financial Management: Conduct thorough audits of operations, provide constructive feedback, and devise solutions for improvement. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of budgets and cost trends affecting operations. Develop business plans, conduct financial analysis, and manage resources effectively to achieve set targets.
Operations Management: Uphold all operational standards and requirements, ensuring that maintenance issues are promptly communicated to the Facilities Department. Maintain facilities in accordance with Wingstop’s standards. Utilize company resources to coach and mentor staff, ensuring a high-performance culture while adhering to all risk management protocols.
Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 (varies by location)
