As an Assistant Building Maintenance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example and serving as a role model for the standards and behaviors that align with Bozzuto's core values and culture.
- Demonstrating care and concern for our residents by ensuring timely follow-ups and meticulous completion of apartment service tickets.
- Addressing maintenance issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
- Overseeing the make-ready and apartment turnover process with a focus on detail and timeliness to facilitate leasing and the move-in of new residents.
- Safeguarding the building's value by consistently implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintaining the building's aesthetic and ensuring community safety through general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
- Ensuring peak operational efficiency for all property components.
- Complying with relevant building, county, and safety codes/standards while maintaining an accident-free operation.
- Participating in weekend work and the emergency on-call rotation.
