Job Responsibilities:
Oversee staffing and scheduling
Manage paperwork and inventory
Ensure cash control and manage costs
Maintain food quality and cleanliness of the store
Provide outstanding customer service
Support marketing initiatives and drive store profitability
Desired Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a good driving record
Prior management experience is advantageous
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Strong judgment, mathematical skills, and leadership capabilities
Working Environment:
Exposure to various temperatures, from coolers at 36°F to ovens exceeding 500°F
Cramped workspaces, including walk-in coolers
Use of sharp and moving equipment parts
Typical noise and odors associated with food service environments
Communication and Technical Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow written instructions and proficiently use computers and phones
Strong motor coordination and multitasking abilities
