As the key holder and manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our automotive retail service and repair store. Your leadership will help us meet and exceed service standards while achieving Monro's performance and profitability goals. You will be instrumental in ensuring our team delivers top-notch 5 Star service, effectively communicating vehicle issues and solutions to our guests, and consistently meeting their expectations for quality and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule guest appointments to optimize technician efficiency for timely vehicle services and repairs.
- Support Monro's sales objectives by effectively recommending tire and service products and promotions.
- Address guest needs in sales, service, and complaints with professionalism.
- Foster guest relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist technicians in communicating repair needs to customers.
- Maintain the store in pristine condition, adhering to Monro's cleanliness standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including the pulling of tires and parts and stock management.
- Guide and support technicians by providing direction and assistance as needed.
- Streamline the store’s workflow to ensure efficient utilization of technician skills for vehicle services and repairs.
- Comply with company policies, governmental standards, and safety regulations.
- Perform Store Manager duties as required by business needs.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
