What You'll Do:
The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager to cultivate a high-performing store team that embodies T-Mobile's commitment to exceptional customer service. You will:
- Inspire and motivate the store team to live by T-Mobile’s customer-first philosophy.
- Ensure every customer interaction is positive, building their confidence and satisfaction.
- Observe and provide constructive feedback to team members to aid their development.
- Manage customer wait times efficiently while staying informed on the latest products and promotions.
- Lead by example, maintaining expertise in products, services, and management practices.
- Help maintain an attractive store environment and adhere to visual standards.
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about store operations and corporate communications.
- Drive financial results by managing key performance indicators and controlling expenses.
