As the Assistant Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee the pub's operations. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and nurturing our passionate team, coordinating events, and stepping up to manage the pub in the General Manager's absence. With at least a year of experience as an Assistant Manager in a bustling pub environment, we are eager to learn from your insights and leadership style!
