As an Assistant Manager at Wendy's, you'll be pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will set the standard for customer service and embody the delightful Wendy's taste.
Your role will involve supporting the General Manager (GM) by effectively managing work shifts and handling administrative tasks. In the GM's absence, you will provide essential leadership to ensure the restaurant consistently meets Wendy's high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the management of all restaurant operations.
- Championing top-notch customer service while upholding company standards.
- Supporting the recruitment, hiring, and development of Crew Members and Shift Supervisors.
- Leading a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all food safety protocols.
- Creating weekly schedules, managing inventory, and aiding the General Manager with training, recruitment, promotions, and operational planning.
- Overseeing the restaurant's budget and financial strategies.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative environment for both employees and customers.
- Ensuring food safety, quality, and sanitation, including proper handling of shipments and storage of supplies.
Additionally, you will:
- Conduct health, safety, and security audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Maintain facility and equipment in alignment with Wendy’s standards.
- Adhere to proper opening and closing protocols.
