Your Role:
- Uphold exceptional service standards in your store through consistent team motivation, training, and development.
- Act as a mentor by exemplifying service standards and leading by example.
- Achieve store and company sales targets by setting clear goals for your team.
- Regularly assess team performance and KPIs, implementing development plans alongside the store manager.
- Ensure operational objectives are met and maintain high compliance with company policies.
- Provide updates to the store manager on team performance and trade.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new talent, collaborating with the HR talent team.
- Foster a high-performance team through regular one-on-one meetings.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Support the store manager in maintaining staff schedules, adjusting for trading patterns, seasonal demands, and sales.
- Oversee stock deliveries and work with the merchandising team to ensure accuracy in restocking.
- Coordinate stock takes and uphold stock accuracy standards.
- Design and implement engaging store promotions to drive sales.
- Safeguard the Kurt Geiger brand image by ensuring team members adhere to presentation standards.
- Ensure that the store's visual presentation aligns with company guidelines and updates.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador for your store and team.
