As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the store during your shift. Your responsibilities will encompass cost and inventory control, managing cash, and fostering excellent customer relations. You will be the embodiment of our store's standards, setting the tone and leading by example every moment of your shift.
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Performing the roles of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
- Managing a team of 3 to 30 employees during your shift.
- Overseeing all store operations.
- Welcoming customers and taking orders with a friendly demeanor.
- Handling cash register operations and processing customer payments.
- Preparing fast, accurate, and consistent products while adhering to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Delivering products to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
- Ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the kitchen.
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza grooming standards.
