- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage the Sales Support Associates and jewelers, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving team atmosphere.
- Workshop Oversight: Supervise the jewelry workshop operations, ensuring jewelers have the necessary tools and resources for meticulous craftsmanship.
- Inventory Management: Keep precise inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure comprehensive organization of all products.
- Ordering and Vendor Relations: Manage inventory purchasing and restocking while nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Reporting: Generate and evaluate reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Guarantee smooth store operations by overseeing daily tasks and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
