Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current staffing needs and create hiring forecasts.
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead employment branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill vacancies and anticipate future hiring requirements.
- Manage and execute the recruitment and selection processes, including screening calls and interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support employee retention and development initiatives.
- Guide and mentor members of the recruiting team.
- Participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and recruitment events.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to generate insightful reports and identify areas for improvement.
