Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Site Management: 75% fieldwork to ensure efficient logging, storage, and mapping of materials.
- Inventory Management: Perform on-site inventory assessments for consumables.
- Documentation: Generate daily activity reports, attend and document on-site meetings, maintain a photographic archive of project progress, and monitor production and attendance.
- Liaison: Gather daily updates from Supervisors/Foremen for client communication, manage field requests, and act as the primary contact for field deliveries.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with submittals, RFIs, purchasing, project scheduling updates, reading and interpreting blueprints, and pricing support.
- Cross-departmental Communication: Ensure effective communication amongst detailing, project management, and the shop.
Progress Tracking: Oversee material procurement, fabrication, and field deliveries.
