As an Assistant Property Manager at Bushburg Properties Inc., you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional management services and reporting for our diverse multi-family and commercial property portfolio. This position encompasses a variety of essential duties aimed at enhancing tenant relations and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
Foster strong tenant relations to guarantee tenant satisfaction.
Assist in the coordination and attendance of tenant events as needed.
Manage all tenant move-ins and move-outs in collaboration with leasing, accounting, and building staff.
Address incoming communications from tenants promptly and professionally.
Draft and send correspondence to tenants regarding building matters and seasonal weather notifications.
Deliver welcome gifts to new tenants as a gesture of goodwill.
Regularly audit tenant emergency and operating hour contact information to ensure accuracy.
Quality Control:
Swiftly coordinate unit turnovers to meet leasing and marketability needs.
Schedule necessary building repairs and maintenance with external vendors.
Address minor technical and phone issues with preferred vendors as required.
Ensure current vendor or tenant Certificates of Insurance (COI) are obtained prior to services being rendered.
Prepare or review incident reports and submit them to the Property Manager for approval.
Coordinate annual fire drills, ensuring tenant compliance with safety protocols and preparing evaluation forms.
Input new equipment purchases and warranties into Rent Manager.
