We are currently seeking an Assistant Resort Manager for our airport location in Charlotte, North Carolina!
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Resort Manager Include:
- Managing the daily operations of the resort while ensuring high standards of conduct, cleanliness, and safety.
- Overseeing resort staffing needs, including scheduling, timecard approvals, and labor management to meet business demands.
- Collaborating with HR and operations management to identify recruitment needs, conduct interviews, and onboard new team members.
- Supervising, training, and mentoring staff on company policies, while identifying and developing high performers for career progression.
- Encouraging and empowering resort staff to deliver outstanding service to pet guests and their parents in a clean and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Maintaining open communication with regional and corporate teams regarding resort operations and coordinating with maintenance on facility issues.
- Assisting team members with training requirements and course completion.
