The Assistant Retail Operations Manager will spearhead operational excellence, meet sales objectives, and ensure a stellar customer experience across all retail channels. This pivotal role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, management of retail staff, and the execution of strategies that align with the company’s vision.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance Management
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet sales goals for all retail locations.
- Communicate monthly sales targets to Area Supervisors (AS) and Customer Engagement Officers (CEO).
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of retail sales data into the Management Information System (MIM) each day.
- Work in tandem with Brand and Key Account teams to plan and implement monthly promotions, events, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the Brand/Marketing team to strategize promotional initiatives and guarantee smooth execution.
