Your Responsibilities
As an Assistant Sales Manager at our well-established logistics company in Zaltbommel, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager. You will serve as a crucial link between clients, sales, and operations. Your role will involve actively participating in sales activities, preparing calculations, and drafting quotes. Additionally, you will work with the Sales Manager to strategize on expanding our client portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
Actively contributing to the sales process within our logistics organization;
Creating pricing calculations and related quotes;
Following up on quotes and ensuring their approval;
Proactively thinking about process improvements and optimizations in the sales department;
Collaborating closely with customers, operations, and planning;
Maintaining customer relations and communicating last-minute changes due to emergencies.
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week) from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

Travel expenses reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer (for distances between 10 - 35 kilometers);
30% surcharge for overtime;

3.5 ADV days;
8.33% vacation pay (€266.35 - €241.57 gross per month additional);
0.60% short-term absence pay (€19.20 - €17.40 gross per month additional);
