With a competitive salary of £21,000 plus performance-based bonuses, you'll help manage and promote our diverse range of facilities for schools and local authorities throughout the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating facility bookings and managing inquiries to maximize usage and income.
- Enhancing marketing efforts through social media, community outreach, and innovative business strategies.
- Developing weekly staff schedules and managing leisure assistants to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conducting administrative tasks such as invoicing, communications, and information distribution.
- Recruiting and training sport and leisure personnel, along with conducting performance reviews.
- Monitoring quality of service and customer satisfaction, particularly during evenings and weekends.
- Contributing to community engagement by organizing lettings programs and events in collaboration with partner schools.
- Traveling between school sites and managing a hybrid work environment.
- Achieving performance targets set by management and participating in regular performance meetings.
- Undertaking any other duties as directed by the Company Directors that align with the role.
