We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Preveza location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and effective store operations.
- Monitor sales performance and actively contribute to achieving corporate targets.
- Guarantee high-quality customer service, fostering trustful relationships with consumers.
- Oversee daily store operations (ordering, receiving, stock availability) in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate and train team members to maximize their development.
- Maintain the overall store image and uphold corporate branding.
Requirements:
Your Profile:
- Preferably a degree in Economics or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail sector.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Essential experience in team management.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to work in shifts.
