About the Role
Join iCapital Network as a seasoned Product Management Specialist who will oversee post-launch fund servicing, lifecycle management, and governance activities for our expanding portfolio of private markets funds designed for our Asset and Wealth Management clientele. The International Product Development and Structuring team is a dynamic group dedicated to creating and executing iCapital’s global fund offerings while managing the launches and lifecycles of alternative investment funds in private markets. This newly established position offers the successful applicant a comprehensive overview of iCapital’s alternative business within Europe, primarily focusing on Luxembourg-domiciled AIFs. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for ongoing product management of Luxembourg funds, including Evergreen private market funds.
- Facilitate the launch of new share classes and oversee amendments to offering materials, ensuring all necessary regulatory approvals and managing investor consent processes.
- Coordinate the production and compliance sign-off for essential fund-level marketing materials, ensuring timely distribution to all relevant stakeholders, including both internal and external channels.
- Respond to due diligence (DD) questionnaires for funds serviced and/or managed by iCapital, overseeing fund-level RFPs and coordinating across functions for accurate and timely delivery.
- Manage AML/KYC with key service providers concerning both upstream and downstream processes for the funds we service/manage, including coordinating with Administrators on AML letters, resolving gaps in third-party questionnaire responses, managing beneficial ownership declarations, and sourcing fund-related documents.
- Collaborate with the International Tax team to address jurisdiction-specific tax queries and ensure appropriate registrations in offshore jurisdictions.
- Address ad hoc client requests related to fund servicing and lifecycle management.
