As an Associate Account Executive at AbbVie, you will play a vital role in managing daily account activities for designated brands, working closely under the guidance of a senior account lead. This position primarily emphasizes maintaining brand integrity and executing strategic plans as laid out by the senior account lead and our clients. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality work and responsive service that aligns with their business objectives.
This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with at least three days a week spent in our Irvine, CA office.
- Act as the main contact for clients regarding brand asset maintenance and facilitate weekly client status meetings.
- Oversee submissions for Veeva and facilitate the review process with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client deliverables, ensuring they are completed timely, within budget, and strategically aligned.
- Manage job estimates and assist in maintaining overall brand budgets, providing regular updates to the senior account lead, while adhering to financial and procurement guidelines.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities, demonstrating adaptability in the face of challenges.
- Support the internal agency team and clients in preparing for significant meetings or events by tracking timelines, logistics, and resource development.
- Work with your manager to identify and implement strategies for improved effectiveness.
- Adhere to all applicable corporate policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements.
