Morning Brew Inc. is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Account Executive to bolster and expand our Emerging B2B advertiser portfolio, which is currently the fastest-growing segment of our B2B business, experiencing a remarkable 330% year-over-year growth. This opportunity is perfect for a driven sales professional who is eager to learn and thrive within a rapidly evolving sales environment.
As the most engaging business media company globally, Morning Brew reaches over 350 million individuals monthly across more than 20 owned multimedia brands. Our B2B Sales team collaborates with high-growth B2B firms and agencies to create innovative marketing strategies across various platforms including newsletters, custom content, social media, video, podcasts, events, and more.
In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-growth Emerging accounts, driving the growth of this business segment. This is an active sales position where your success will stem from your relentless curiosity, proactive approach, and genuine desire to assist clients in enhancing their marketing effectiveness through the Morning Brew ecosystem.
This is a full-cycle sales role, requiring 2-3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a sales position. You will receive support from a Director, a VP, and cross-functional partners as you develop foundational skills, refine your pitch, and learn to successfully acquire and grow client accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Emerging B2B advertiser accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within and beyond your portfolio
- Retain and expand existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Execute full-cycle sales processes including discovery, pitching, negotiation, closing, and renewals
