Position Overview
The Associate Ad Operations Manager will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing in-app monetization strategies for our highest-grossing games. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage demand, uncover growth opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies to contribute to our business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Monetize in-app traffic by collaborating with ad networks for our leading mobile games.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders while staying updated on the latest technological advancements in ad operations.
Lead experimentation and A/B testing initiatives, sharing insights and analyses with the wider team.
Set up, test, and oversee ads from various third-party networks and SSPs, including Zynga’s Private Marketplace offerings.
Champion ad quality initiatives to ensure a high standard of advertising across our game portfolio.
Troubleshoot ad network integrations by collaborating with internal tech teams and clients to resolve issues.
What You Bring:
A background in ad operations or digital marketing, with experience in mobile gaming preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships effectively.
Proficiency in ad serving technologies and familiarity with programmatic advertising.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for optimizing ad performance.
