We are seeking a dedicated (Associate) Brand Manager for Immunology to lead insights into patient experiences across our Brand and In Field Teams. You will develop the Patient Journey, focusing the Brand Team on executing patient-centric strategies while adhering to AbbVie's business conduct, policies, and all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Brand and In-Field Teams to facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions, synthesizing insights to identify target segments, determine brand positioning, drive Close Loop Marketing engagement, and customize the Brand Plan Insights Chapter.
• Gather input from diverse stakeholders to create a comprehensive Patient Journey; propose strategic objectives for Brand Team review based on these findings, while critically evaluating Brand Team strategies to uphold patient-centricity.
• Ensure functional deliverables align with branding and convey emotional messages that resonate with the Brand Story.
• Direct the design and execution of innovative marketing activities, incorporating both traditional and non-traditional partnerships, multi-channel opportunities, and cross-stakeholder initiatives to achieve strategic brand goals.
• Align all in-field materials, strategies, and tactics to propel forward the strategic objectives of the brand.
• Lead the creation of marketing inputs for the Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate the 1-year tactical Brand Plan, and coordinate the preparation of the Long Range Plan to ensure brand success.
• Optimize budget allocation, manage Advertising & Promotion resources, and exercise budget optimization to enhance impact and efficiency.
• Support the Brand Team in fostering a unified brand vision and objectives shared by all members.
• Take accountability for Brand Team activities and processes.
