Position Overview: Associate Clinic Director (ACD)
The Associate Clinic Director (ACD) role is primarily based in our clinic, where you will be expected to perform most duties on-site to ensure effective leadership, clinical supervision, and team coordination. While some flexibility for completing administrative tasks remotely may be accommodated, it will require prior approval.
The ACD is a seasoned BCBA who collaborates closely with the Clinic Director or Senior Clinic Director to enhance clinical service delivery, foster staff development, and streamline operational workflows. ACDs contribute approximately six hours per week to leadership responsibilities while maintaining an active clinical caseload. Key responsibilities include leading significant clinic initiatives, mentoring team members, and contributing to cross-functional improvements. In addition, you may temporarily assume leadership of the clinic during transitional periods, leaves of absence, or other operational requirements.
This position serves as a pathway to the Clinic Director role and necessitates strong execution, independent leadership skills, and the ability to embody the values of Kind Behavioral Health across teams.
