About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an Associate Data Scientist to join our Garner Health Intelligence team. In this role, you will assist in building and enhancing our provider data insights. You will collaborate with fellow data scientists, data engineers, and product managers to enhance the systems used for ranking providers and powering our recommendations.
Where You Will Work:
This position is based in our New York City office. You should be prepared to work in the office three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain data-driven algorithms to enhance provider recommendations and improve the member search experience.
- Design data pipelines that model and enrich healthcare provider data.
- Work collaboratively across product, engineering, and operations teams to address open-ended business challenges with data-driven solutions.
