ABOUT THE TEAM
The Maneuver Dominance Division is on a mission to redefine Vertical Flight. Our portfolio, which includes Group 3 and above Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), is fundamental to these efforts, as we continually aim to extend the limits of endurance, autonomy, and mission effectiveness. The Maneuver Dominance team is responsible for developing and sustaining core products and payloads, which we adapt and apply to meet the diverse needs of defense, intelligence community, and commercial clients in both domestic and international markets.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Director of Business Development to join our rapidly expanding Business Development team in our headquarters or in Washington, DC. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategies to effectively deliver our Vertical Lift Capabilities to both our defense and commercial clientele. This position encompasses the entire product portfolio, requiring you to plan, coordinate, and lead capture campaigns across the Division. You will collaborate with other growth team members to drive strategic planning and prioritization initiatives that inform senior leadership and C-Suite decision-making regarding resource allocation.
