At the forefront of mental health innovation, we are advancing our investigational COMP360 synthetic psilocybin treatment, which is poised to be a first-in-class therapeutic option. Recognized with Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US FDA and Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD), our work addresses critical unmet needs in mental health care.
Currently in phase 3 for TRD, we have successfully completed phase 2 studies for both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anorexia nervosa, with additional late-stage studies in PTSD planned. We aspire to redefine mental health, envisioning a world where individuals not only recover from illness but also thrive.
