As the Associate Director of Consumer Marketing, you will spearhead the strategic direction and tactical execution related to the consumer journey for IBS-C/CIC. This includes crafting compelling value propositions, establishing brand positioning, segmenting target audiences, and overseeing creative development. You will serve as the key subject matter expert for the Linzess Brand Team, ensuring that marketing strategies are not only impactful and executable but also clinically and financially sound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional leaders to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aimed at achieving business objectives and financial outcomes.
- Lead and participate in strategic planning sessions and workshops.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of financial planning and metrics.
- Manage a direct team, coordinate with external agency partners, and work with co-promotion partners.
- Influence and collaborate with business leaders to drive positive business results.
- Formulate and execute an effective media strategy.
- Oversee and analyze the P&L, placing significant emphasis on consumer spend.
- Enhance brand awareness, penetration, and market share.
- Innovate marketing tactics that resonate with the patient journey.
- Directly manage marketing projects, ensuring successful execution of plans and initiatives.
- Demonstrate robust leadership qualities.
