The Associate Life Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding our members' financial futures by assessing their life insurance needs. This position involves providing tailored advice and referrals based on individual circumstances and financial goals.
In this role, you will handle inquiries from both current and prospective members through various communication channels, including phone, email, and video calls. You will ask insightful questions to uncover essential information regarding life events and member needs, documenting your findings accurately.
You will evaluate members' financial situations, recommend appropriate life insurance products, and motivate them to act on your recommendations. Additionally, you will stay informed on legislative changes that could affect financial situations, educating members about economic trends and the implications for their financial decisions.
We offer a dynamic work environment requiring on-site presence five days a week, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule after six months of employment. This position is based at our New Braunfels, TX campus, and relocation assistance is not provided.
