As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to lead our global brand strategy, manage the toy line, and design innovative marketing initiatives while collaborating with external partners. In this pivotal role, you will help shape global brand strategies and oversee product development efforts that regional teams will execute on a global scale. Working closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our brand receives outstanding marketing support, creating unique and strategic products and programs delivered on time and within budget for both global retail and ecommerce.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) brand stands as one of the most iconic franchises in entertainment history, boasting a rich legacy in toys. We are looking for a passionate and strategic Associate Manager to propel global toy product development and marketing initiatives for this powerhouse brand.
Your Impact:
We seek a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm for working in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles licensed business.
- Support brand marketing projects aligned with business strategy, objectives, and insights
- Facilitate buy-in for global product strategies and secure executional commitment from internal partners across key markets
- Collaborate with Product Design, Packaging, and Development teams to launch innovative toys on time and within budget grounded in Consumer Insights
- Maintain regular communication with regional teams to ensure their needs are met
- Manage licensor partner relationships through performance reporting, product line development updates, and other requests to ensure alignment
- Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate strategic messages to large audiences
- Present confidently to advance brand strategy and product initiatives
- Transform brand strategy into campaigns, content, and activations
- Collaborate with external agency partners to brief and develop marketing assets
- Assist in developing global marketing campaigns for local execution
- Monitor key trends, competitor performance, and brand metrics across all markets
- Lead global business reporting and analysis efforts
- Serve as the point of contact for brand inquiries and dissemination of brand information and assets
- Proactively clarify evolving business needs and challenges, collaborating with teams and cross-functional partners to find solutions
