Join our dynamic Client Operations team at NielsenIQ, where you will play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving client challenges in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and Technology & Durables (T&D) sectors, with a specific focus on the Vietnam market. This position involves data extraction, rigorous analysis, and monitoring of key operational KPIs to efficiently manage and resolve client inquiries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into NIQ’s core processes and client engagement while collaborating closely with operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Issue Resolution
- Conduct thorough data extraction and analysis from NIQ systems to identify the root causes of client issues related to FMCG/T&D in Vietnam.
- Assist in analyzing rework requests and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including Data Operations, Data Science, Quality, and Commercial, to gather the necessary information for effective issue resolution.
- Document resolutions meticulously and maintain detailed logs of client queries to facilitate continuous improvement.
2. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations as required by Client Operations Leaders.
- Work collaboratively with the Quality Team to ensure accurate documentation of escalations, reruns, and approvals.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Support the management of priorities related to client issue resolutions.
- Assist in coordinating efforts for key accounts, which includes conducting data checks and tracking issues.
- Participate in select internal meetings, providing updates on progress regarding assigned tasks.
4. Continuous Learning & Process Improvement
- Develop a thorough understanding of NIQ’s data production workflows, quality standards, and escalation protocols.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve turnaround times.
- Explore potential areas within client operations where AI can be leveraged to automate processes, such as client issue analysis.
