Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and adept Associate Producer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role encompasses leading the creation of unforgettable experiences while ensuring the smooth delivery of programs to our esteemed clients. Additionally, you will provide support on larger projects.
As an Associate Producer, you will manage smaller budget programs, assist Senior and Executive Producers on larger initiatives, collaborate on concept development, and guarantee impeccable execution. This role demands adaptability, professionalism, keen attention to detail, and the ability to perform gracefully under pressure. Join us in delivering extraordinary and transformative experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as timelines, production schedules, and run-of-show outlines.
- Efficiently manage and execute programs with budgets up to $500,000, while progressively enhancing your experience in budget ownership.
- Regularly update status reports and schedules, maintaining action item lists to facilitate timely and efficient delivery of programs and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered punctually and within budget while maintaining flawless execution standards.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure effective communication among project team members.
- Oversee specific project elements including vendor procurement, communication, negotiations, and ensuring timely payments.
Client Management:
- Assist project teams in communicating production-related details to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead client communications for smaller tier budgets in partnership with the Account lead.
- Act as a supportive resource for larger projects, gaining valuable experience in client interactions.
