In this role, you will engage in impactful client projects, assisting digital-first companies that have achieved product market fit in overcoming strategic and operational challenges. Our clients consist of industry leaders and organizations navigating through growth, innovation, or transformation.
- Address challenges for clients and Product People.
You will prioritize tasks, alternate between detailed and broad perspectives, and make significant contributions. Your role involves providing clarity amidst chaos and ensuring smooth execution across three simultaneous streams, both internally and externally. You are adept at managing both strategic and hands-on tasks and know when to delve deep or maintain a broader outlook. - Collaborate with diverse teams and strong personalities.
You can adapt your communication style and integrate seamlessly, becoming a valued team member within days. Colleagues appreciate working with you, even as you challenge unrealistic expectations. You remain approachable, constructive, and consistently professional. - Assist Senior Product Management Consultants.
You will support client-facing PMs who drive complex cross-functional initiatives for B2C or B2B products. This may involve tasks such as setting and achieving quarterly OKRs at scale-ups or conducting Continuous Discovery and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) methodologies or A/B testing. - Create and articulate engaging product narratives.
