About the Role

You will engage in high-impact client projects, assisting digital-first companies that have achieved product-market fit to address both strategic and execution challenges. Our clients include market leaders and organizations undergoing growth, innovation, or transformation.
- Deliver solutions for clients and for Product People.
You will prioritize tasks, oscillate between broad and detailed perspectives, and make a tangible impact. Your ability to bring order to chaos and ensure smooth execution is vital. You will oversee discovery and delivery across three streams simultaneously, both internally and externally. Your comfort with both strategic insights and hands-on tasks will be essential, knowing when to delve deep or maintain a broad focus. - Collaborate with diverse teams and strong personalities.
You will quickly adapt to different communication styles, integrating seamlessly into teams and establishing rapport within days. Colleagues enjoy working with you, even when you challenge their ideas constructively. You remain approachable, professional, and supportive, even when faced with unrealistic expectations. - Assist Senior Product Management Consultants in their interim roles. Our typical clients are companies that have achieved product-market fit, ranging from Series B to publicly listed entities. You will support client-facing PMs driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products. This could involve anything from setting and achieving quarterly OKRs in scale-ups to conducting Continuous Discovery or A/B testing.
- Create and articulate compelling product narratives.
