Maven’s product team is rapidly expanding to further our goal of delivering superior health outcomes for our members through a user-centered product experience. As the Associate Product Manager for Claims Processes, you will gain a thorough understanding of our business, client, and member needs, enabling you to craft innovative solutions that provide ongoing value and enhance retention.
Your role will involve supporting the strategy, execution, and continuous enhancement of Maven’s claims and reimbursement workflows, ensuring that members, providers, and operational teams enjoy accurate, timely, and scalable experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external partners to streamline processes, minimize manual workload, and enhance reliability across claims intake, adjudication, and payment.
