Position Overview
The Associate Product Marketing Manager plays a vital role in the daily execution of product marketing activities for the clonoSEQ brand. This position emphasizes tactical implementation of omnichannel digital marketing strategies, content creation and review, and monitoring the effectiveness of Marketing and related Training & Development teams. This role is instrumental in enhancing digital engagement and communication across various platforms and supports promotional activities related to EMR integration within the MRD organization.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Training, Digital Health, BioPharma Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Customer Operations, ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on time, adhering to compliance and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Assist in executing approved promotional strategies for clonoSEQ, focusing on omnichannel digital marketing tactics that align with brand objectives.
- Develop, update, and manage marketing materials and digital assets across platforms such as email, web, virtual programs, and sales enablement tools.
- Support marketing initiatives regarding EMR integration, including the creation and maintenance of compliant messaging, materials, and training resources.
- Gain expertise in new digital formats and best practices across relevant digital and social channels.
- Coordinate the review, approval, and implementation of compliant marketing communications following regulatory and internal requirements.
- Partner with the BioPharma Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to support unified digital campaigns and customer-facing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to deliver digital and non-digital marketing outputs, offering content insights and project coordination.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
