Join Crewbloom as an Associate Renewals Manager, where you will be pivotal in driving customer retention and reducing churn through adept sales techniques and robust relationship management. You will oversee the renewal process, ensuring alignment with customer needs and collaborating with internal teams to foster customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer retention by utilizing effective sales methods via phone, video, and email, concentrating on reducing churn and contraction.
- Manage the renewal process to secure or expand Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Evaluate license usage and fulfill necessary true-up requirements.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of customer business objectives to provide precise renewal quotes.
- Offer administrative assistance for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives as required.
- Ensure timely closure of all renewals to meet revenue targets.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success Managers to strategize renewal plans, leveraging customer analytics and metrics for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure accurate completion of Purchase Orders (POs) and order forms for seamless internal approval.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in customer success, sales, or renewals-oriented roles.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Technical Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- A primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- A backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps that can support work during power outages.
- Primary Device:
- A desktop or laptop with at least:
- A processor equivalent to Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

- Must meet or exceed performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and function during power interruptions.
