Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of Lightspeed for incoming market leads and inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Assess inbound leads against agreed criteria to prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Transition qualified prospects smoothly to Account Executives by scheduling top-quality product demonstrations.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes, ensuring all pricing and documentation are fully correct.
- Efficiently manage the backend of sales by processing deals through our systems with precision.
- Take ownership of the customer experience by tracking hardware deliveries and ensuring seamless handoffs.
Additionally:
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve organizational objectives, even if it involves tasks beyond your formal role.
