Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled scientist to bolster our DPDD team in North Chicago, IL. This position emphasizes the execution of formulation strategies and involves close collaboration with project teams to advance candidate molecules to clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop formulations using various techniques from small-scale laboratory experimentation to pilot-scale production in a GMP environment.
- Contribute to the design and selection of formulations through analytical techniques to assess their performance and suitability.
- Exhibit strong data interpretation skills, troubleshoot experimental challenges, and propose relevant experiments.
- Quickly learn and comprehend new experimental techniques, contextualizing data with relevant literature.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all procedures within electronic lab notebooks, including test methods and protocols.
- Communicate experimental findings effectively during team meetings.
