As an Associate/Specialist, Talent Acquisition in Data & Analytics, you will act as a key recruitment partner for our regional Data & Analytics team. You will oversee the entire talent lifecycle, spanning from sourcing and hiring to onboarding and internal mobility, with a focus on attracting and retaining premier data talent throughout the APAC and EU regions.
Your role will involve close collaboration with senior stakeholders and business leaders, delivering market insights, talent strategies, and hands-on execution to facilitate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from offer and contractual agreements to onboarding, ensuring adherence to local legislation, including expatriate hiring protocols.
- Lead all recruitment initiatives, both internal and external, including internal mobility programs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to implement recruitment strategies aimed at attracting diverse, high-quality talent with the necessary skills and competencies.
- Manage your hiring pipeline comprehensively, meeting targets and deadlines for both volume and specialized roles.
- Develop a profound understanding of the business, stakeholder requirements, and key talent markets to proactively provide hiring recommendations.
- Translate business needs into engaging job descriptions and well-defined candidate profiles, offering actionable market insights to aid decision-making.
- Maintain the ATS system, ensuring data integrity, process excellence, and high-caliber job postings that uphold and enhance our employer brand.
