About the Team and Position
Our team is dedicated to being approachable and going the extra mile for our Carvana family. What You’ll Be Doing
- Travel up to 60% to assist in setting up and supporting new and existing remote Carvana locations, including desktop, server, network, security surveillance, and AV systems.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding project timelines and completions.
- Address all powered devices (wired or wireless).
- When not traveling, respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins about IT issues and requests from both PC and Mac users.
- Set up IT equipment (monitors, docking stations, phones, etc.) for new employees and assist existing users with desk relocations as needed.
- Document solutions to technical challenges and maintain records effectively.
